I've purchased Tether, dl to my laptop & my phone, yet nothing. It either says cannot find your phone or USB debugging needs to be activated (it is) or start Tether on your phone. I have done every step it asks for and still it will not receive or send packets. I've e-mailed support and I've tried Support Live, but they are always offline! Can anyone help?
