Can anyone tell me what setting to put into outlook so it will send my mail? All I'm getting is an error message. It receives fine, but sending is a different story....

I had the same issue, couldn't send email.
I have Sprint.
I went into my email settings and made the following changes:
Incoming Server pop3: 995
check This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)
Outgoing server (SMTP) 465
Use the following type of encrypted connection (drop down) choose SSL.
Works great!

Tried the settings recomended for Sprint but does not work. Any other suggestions.

You may need to contact you mail provider for the correct port.
i have a verizon email address.
verizon requires a special smtp outgoing port of 587 so i had to go in and change it under advanced beside SMTP erase 80 and put in 587.
If that doesn't work check with your email service to get the right settings.
