I have a BB curve 8330 with Verizon. I have downloaded the program on my BB with a message that it was successful. I have downlaoded the program on my laptop(windows 2000) and when I click on the icon on my BB it says to connect to computer....I do then it says application started. Nothing happens. When I click on the laptop icon, it pops up with a Tetherberry box about DETAILS nothing sent, received,data and Status...COnnecting to Driver. Exit is my only option. Exit out and I get an Error box that says....Could not connect to network adapter.....please help?
HELP!!! Can't get tetherberry to work at all .....no number for tech support

I have the same problem. Nothing happens. I just have "0" on my PC for data sent and received....
What do you mean by "a browser"? please.

That would be FireFox or Internet Explorer or one of the software packages that lets you browse the Internet.

Well men I have read money back if not satisfied. With this customer support I'm going to own this none functioning software. Will go nicely with this problem laced fourth BB Storm!



you followed the right steps. Did you try opening a browser? thats the only way packets will send/receive
