Okay have the software working on the PC, have a box up shows no packets and says "start tether on the blackberry", when I try it nothing happens, the screen just sits there nothing opens etc, I have put in my apn setting rebooted both machines and have set all the permissions to allow.

Still freezing, nothing happens, 1.0.5 installed on Storm, reloaded software on Vista too, it says that it is connected and when I do disconnect USB it knows it but still nothing happens, battery pull and restart.I guess it is not really freezing but nothing happens.
Can you try 1.0.6?
I've noticed that sometimes when I start it the TetherBerry window loses focus and the desktop takes over. If this happens, simply click the TetherBerry icon again on the BlackBerry Desktop and it should bring up the screen.
I have a similar issue with my Bold, running 4.6.0.162 on Vodafone UK. Have defined the APN as per the Pinstack details, but when selecting the application on my BB it appears as if nothing happens - no delay in loading, no application showing up in my running application list etc.
Likewise, the PC application sits there waiting to connect.
Note - I have also tried redownloading the latest version - http://tetherberry.com/v2/TetherBerry.jad - and forced reboot of my Bold. But even after that I still get the same lack of response.
