keep getting erro message the set up files are corrupted when installing Tether on by notebook pc. I've installed on another pc laptop and everything works fine. XP of course.

Are you logged into the PC as the Administrator?

You install Tether on another PC that is running XP or you are trying to install Tether on XP?
