So i got the email and loaded the application according to the directions.
When i start "Tether" I selected the connection type and and hit connect. Now I get under status: Starting Inquiry and checking for WIDCOMM. That's it! Nothing more. No connection, no nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Can't seem to do it. The only option for a connection is via USB. All the bluetooth options are grayed out. I'm using a Storm 9530 and Verizon if that makes any differenceAny ideas?



Does your phone connect to Desktop Manager okay? I'm thinking it might be your bluetooth adapter because it will only work with adapters that use the Microsoft drivers and not third-party adapters like Widcomm. See if you can sync your phone via bluetooth with DM.
