I have a macbook pro and I'm connecting it to my BBstorm 9530 and I'm trying to set up tetherberry while abroad. Whenever I try to connect it shows the message in the title. I already deleted the BBDM from my comp and I think I deleted all the files along with it. Help please!

I did it and it works with no problem, turned off airport, and now I am righting this connected via therer.

"Well, I'm using SnowLeopard with TetherBerry without much issue... you just have to remove ALL desktop manager or Synching software to make it work at this time. Here is what I did:

If you are getting the failed to load interface issue with your BlackBerry this is most likely caused by either having PocketMac of the new BlackBerry Desktop Manager installed. Even if you've uninstalled these pieces of software, their uninstaller does not seem to work properly as it does not remove all of the installed files.

Please check if any of the following files are on your system and if so, remove them.

Drag the following folder (if it exists) to the trash

/Library/Application Support/BlackBerry

Drag the following files (if they exist) to the trash.

/Application/BlackBerry Desktop Manager
/Library/LaunchAgents/com.rim.BBLaunchAgent.plist
/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.rim.BBDaemon.plist
/System/Library/Extensions/RIMBBUSB.kext
/System/Library/Extensions/RIMBBVSP.kext
/System/Library/Extensions/BlackberryUSB.kext
/System/Library/Extensions/BlackberryUSBDev.kext

Finally Reboot your system.

Thanks to
jeffabrook for posting this. It seems to work alright for me. hopefully this will be a fix in the meantime, until it is compatible with Macs that run DM."

It WORKS!!

Alternatively you can just use Bluetooth since it's dead simple on a Mac :)
