I purchased Tether today, and cannot get the PC application to install correctly.
After teh Visual C++ install finishes, teh eror message "failed to install driver" pops up.
I have tried what little information I could find on the error to no avail.
I used a trial on tether a year or so ago, and it worked fine on this same laptop.
My system is: Win XP x86 SP3 all latest updates from MS.
BB 8830 WE on Sprint.
The app on the BB says it is running just fine.
When install does "finish" following the errors, the application says "cannot connect to network adapter."
PLEASE help fix this serious issue. I want to use this software and not request a refund.
