Ok, I have tried everything I know but i cannot get the new "Tether" to install. Every single time I get a "failed to install the driver" error with no other information/details. I have tried to run as admin, completely uninstalled all traces of Tether from the computer I could find and reinstall, no dice. Tried manually installing the driver, that was a dead end. Tetherberry worked fine. Any ideas/support?

Found the "add new hardward wizard" for Windows 7...no longer in the control panel but still available by typing hdwwiz in the run prompt. When I try to install the driver manually using the add new hardward wizard, i get the error "insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service". Event Log shows the following:
