"Failed to find an Available port" error when using Blackberry Torch on Vodafone UK carrier

I have tried to connect by setting the APN as mentioned in your support doc:

Carrier:Vodafone (UK)
APN:wap.vodafone.uk
User name:user@vodafone.net
Password: user

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Carrier:Vodafone UK (UK)
APN:internet
User name:web
Password: web

But neither of these are working. What else can I try?

If neither of the APN work with your carrier you need to contact the carrier for the correct APN setting.
