I emailed support 3 days ago about the inability to continually connect my new Blackberry to Tether. When I download the program, it works once but then I have to remove the program and download it again each time I want to connect. There is no Tether icon on my phone.

I was trying the free 7 day trial and we have 4 blackberrys in our family. I have not received any response from my email to Tether support so I am afraid in my case Tether is just a good idea that doesn't work. Too bad as I was going to be the hero in my family and pay for Tether on all phones.

Can you check your spam folder? Our support team was delayed but we are all caught up now!

Thanks for the response Patrick. No I never did receive a response however after much effort I was able to figure out the problem and solve it.

Thanks again for responding!

I sent a request 3 days ago and have not rec'd a response...and I did check my spam folder. PLEASE HELP ME! I need access to my internet and Tether has been a live saver in the rural area I live in util I had to replace my Storm. The PIN on account doesn't match my new phone...and although I understand you go by registration code it still will not allow me to enter the registration cod on my account. I NEED HELP. Thank you or anything you can do.

Where are you entering your registration code? You must enter it from your new BlackBerry, if on your phone the license is set to Trial.

In every case where people have had problems with their registration code it has always been related to mis-spelling.

Most commonly people type "I" as "L" or "1". The "I" is actually a capital "i".
