Wait I misread that. So what version am I supposed to be running? I have 1.1.0.1, just downloaded from bb app world today.

That is the correct version. Are you installing it on your PC under an administrator account?
Please uninstall Tether on your Windows and make sure the old TetherBerry is uninstalled.
