Contacting Support - No Reply to Date

I have been trying for several weeks now to get in touch with somebody at Tetherberry to help me resolve an issue with the activation of the tetherberry software.

I purchased the Tetherberry software a few weeks ago from PocketGear.com and the information they provided does not allow for me to activate the software on my phone. Upon contacting PocketGear.com they advise me that all of the necessary information has been sent to Tetherberry and that Tetherberry should have emailed me the details for proper activation. I have sent several emails to the Tetherberry support and to date I have not received a response or any information on how to obtain the activation details.

Can somebody from support please contact me on this post so we can resolve this matter?
