I know very very little about computers. Am I going to be able to get this downloaded and working. Reading some of the talk on hear I dont know a lot of the things there are talking about.

Hi,
I am using XP SP3 as well and it works well for me. I have a 8310 but it should work just as well on the 8330. I believe Alltel uses CDMA which doesn't require APN settings (check if you have the Options->Advanced Options->TCP window). If it doesn't require any APN settings then it should just work for you.

What type of computer and phone do you have and which carrier are you with?
A large percentage of our users have no problems at all. It is more likely for a user with problems to post on the forums and that is why it may seem like a large percentage is having issues.
