We made a change to our EULA today. The following:

WHILE YOU MAY COPY THE SOFTWARE FOR ARCHIVAL PURPOSES, THE SOFTWARE IS BLACKBERRY PHONE SPECIFIC. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU CHANGE BLACKBERRY PHONES, IT WILL BE NECESSARY FOR YOU TO PURCHASE AND DOWNLOAD A NEW COPY OF THE SOFTWARE, AT YOUR SOLE EXPENSE, IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO USE THE SERVICE THAT THE SOFTWARE PROVIDES.

was changed to:

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU CHANGE BLACKBERRY PHONES, IT WILL NOT BE NECESSARY FOR YOU TO RE-PURCHASE IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO USE THE SERVICE THAT THE SOFTWARE PROVIDES.

So how do we switch a license over to our new phone?

You can download Tether to your new BlackBerry by going to the following link on the BlackBerry Browser:
http://tether.com/t/tether.jad

When running Tether on your phone click on the BlackBerry button to open up the menu. Then select 'Enter Registration Key'.

If you License is already set to "Registered" there will be no option to enter a registration key because you've already registered.

Then enter your registration code by logging into the following webpage:
http://tether.com/download
