EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years experience working in a professional design or agency environment as a Brand Strategist / Planner

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 

  • Strong passion for brand design, market research and consumer trends
  • Able to drive the strategic planning and management of multiple projects, successfully prioritizing workload and assigning resources as needed
  • Able to effectively engage with prospects and clients, supporting in developing presentations, focusing on business objectives and driving conversations that lead to positive outcomes
  • Able to craft a professional creative brief that will inspire both internal teams and clients
  • Able to solve challenges in innovative ways, independently and as an actively contributing team member, while identifying resources needed to help self and others
  • Collaborate with cross functional project teams to motivate, create and implement short and long-term integrated marketing strategies

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Perform research, analyze trends/results to determine strategic insight and implications in an imaginative and unique way.
  • Conduct analysis, and develop a strategic approach that meets clients’ objectives; apply customer insights and enable clients to compete effectively
  • Possess a knowledge and passion for research methods, both qualitative and quantitative, to extract consumer insights
  • Work both strategically and conceptually with creative partners to develop solutions that consistently deliver on business needs and deliver a professional level of storytelling across all efforts
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for client growth, enforce processes, provide quality assurance and implement best practices across all engagements
  • Always display exemplary written and verbal communication skills while overseeing successful internal and client interactions
  • Be a continual source of strategic inspiration and work closely with client services and creative teams to help bring integrated strategies to life and ensure that the plans support the client’s brand and business goals and objectives
  • Capable of bringing clarity to assignment objectives, tasks and deliverables so that the creative teams can meet and exceed client expectations
