Can't DL PC software, Tether support won't respond

Not really sure what to do about it. When I try to open the download page in a new window, it just opens a blank page & tells me it's "done".

Any suggestions?

Just click on it and it should start downloading. If it says it's done, double click on it to execute the installer.
