I just bought your fine product after testing it out on my old Windows XP box about 2 weeks prior.
I have upgraded to a new computer running Windows 7 Home Premium. I have installed Tether's PC executable on my Win 7 box and tried to connect.
I'm getting the 'You are offline' crap from IE, and an error box stating that the page is unavailable because I am offline.
Packets: 52 sent, 9 received.
Computer: Windows 7 Home Prem, 8GB RAM, 1TB Hard Drive
Browser: Internet Explorer 8
Phone: BlackBerry Curve 8520
Provider: T-Mobile
Note: I made an exception for Tether in Windows Firewall with no luck.
Another weird thing: I had no problems when I pinged the loopback server or when I pinged www.google.com
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me on this issue.

This seems to happen every once and a while when a user upgrades to Windows 7.
Can you go into your Control Panel > Networks > Look for the Tether network adapter?
If it's there delete it. If it's not there then move onto the next step. Uninstall Tether, and then re-install Tether. Make sure you are logged in as an admin.
