Bought tetherberry recently but no response e-mail

I recently bought tetherberry 2 days ago and never got a conformation e-mail or anything. I e-mailed them about it but no response. I want to start using it but can't until they send me the conformation e-mail. Does anyone know what I should do?

I purchased tetherbery on 10/12 and I did not recieve an email as well. Their support team is horrible at getting back to anyone. I paid for a service that I can not use at this time. It shows up on my bank statements like (10/13/2009 Debit Card Transaction DRI*TetherBerry cardquer 10/12DRI*Tethe CA DOLLAR 58.45 X 0.9669803 (EXCHG RTE) + 1.69 (EXCHG RTE ADJ) $58.21) They only gave me one response email on ticket #187283. I do not see a purchase with that following email address. No shit because I am sure if you did I would have tetherberry on my phone right now. I am sure you have my name somewhere. Maybe you can look that up......? This is not cool they need to work on their support team. I feel your pain man. Did you get help yet. If so let me know how..

Nothing yet I am waiting on my support e-mail and my conformation one. It would be nice if they had a number you can call but everything is done over the internet.

Yah I know it sucks. It seems like we check this website and problems more frequently and faster than they do. For $50 a pop you think they would have more customer service. I am still waiting on both myself. I am probably going to file a claim with my bank and the better business bureau. Good luck man.

just sign into your accout and add your pin. Just downloaded it myself and it works great. Only got an order confirmations email but that was it. Went to my accout and added my pin.

Where does it say to add pin? I don't see anything on it and so far no conformation e-mail.

Yeah? What's the reason for delay? If I confirm and send all my banking info, I expect to receive my product! I have never seen an online purchase with a delayed confirmation email...let alone product code info! There is an immediate RED FLAG going up here! Suddenly, reliability, security and dependability is being questioned! Has anyone gotten any helpful response concerning this???

Nope! It was just a confirmation! I have still not received my access code! But, guess what? ...there is $49.95 missing from my bank account! That came out quick enough! Where is the urgent response time for my product?

I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner, but all was well. I had an email problem that interfered. Not any problem due to Tether! Sorry guys!
