Bluetooth WinSock Error 10108

Hi,

I have a blackberry 8830, with sprint. For some odd reason my usb tether works fine, but when I try to use bluetooth on my dell netbook, and hp laptop I get the following winsock error.

Bluetooth only works with the Microsoft and WIDCOMM Bluetooth Stacks and when using the WIDCOMM stack the phone must have discoverable set to YES in the Bluetooth options.

I'm currently using a Microsoft bluetooth driver.

Also, make sure you have Wi-Fi disabled on your PC, or ensure it is not actively connected with an active SSID.
