Is there anything in the works for Blackberry Playbook compatability when gets released?
Blackberry Playbook Support
I really hope this is feasible in time. From what I can tell from the specifications, the Wi-Fi PB doesn't not actually tether to compatible BBs--it actually "bridges" in order to provide real-time synchronization of BBIM, Blackberry email, and the calendar and address books (I think). I don't think this extends to accessing the BB's 3G signal to do things that require a regular internet connection, such as web browsing or any chatting other than BBIM. A PB version of Tether would be wonderful for those of us so used to it on Mac or Windows. I really don't want to wait for 4G model and shell out for another data plan just to get mobile internet access--though I must admit the video phoning features seem cool :)
can i tether my blackberry curve with my ipad2?
If you develop something before release and make it available per RIM's procedure, you can get a free playbook... (AND make those of us getting one VERY happy!!)

If you have it ready beforehand, you might be able to get a free playbook from RIM...
Is a tether app available for the playbook? If so will it be available on the release date?
Thanks for the info!
Hello, keep me posted when is available for playbook!!!!!
I was just using my Tether over the weekend, but I really want to add it to the Playbook. I have not found any updates on when it could be available. Has anyone heard anything?
We *REALLY* need the tether.com app for the Playbook. Nothing else has the quality or speed you guys provide. Please hurry this along. Any idea on the timeframe something like this takes? It's been out (the Playbook) since 4/19...
Thanks!
Brian
Sorry Tether does not have a time frame at this time.

Tether is looking into supporting the BlackBerry Playbook once it has been released.
