Tether should have a debug button on the desktop and phone applications, when clicked it could collect what applications are running , what the network map looks like, the users PIN and send this information to your development team.
This would give you the ability to match up running applications against users problems, and the network map would show rather Tether is assigned the proper IP address and such.
This really is more of a necessity than a suggestion, it would create an overall better experience when problems arise. Proper support is the most important thing in a software startup such as yourselves, and support is almost non-existent other than you Patrick.
I commend your hard work and know you will continue to push Tether in the right way.
