Beta problem

Been testing the Android Beta for some time. All is well, except the following:

After booting up the PC, and using Tether, then exiting, I am unable to get an internet connection again without restarting the computer. It will connect to the DRoid, but I am unable to get an date rec'd.

So you have a droid and an HTC incredible?
And after using Tether on the HTC, you are unable to connect Tether with the HTC again? You are unable to get any internet at all? Or it just wont allow you to get it from the HTC?

If this is what I think it is, it will be fixed in out next release.

Sorry, I have an HTC Incredible. Yes, after connecting with Tether and the HTC, I can not connect again with Tether unless I reboot my computer.

Thanks for the heads up on the next release. It is a really bad bug that is annoying. Is there any time frame on the next release?

It's all pretty much ready to go internally. We're just waiting for some more testing on our Mac component before we release.

I'm hoping within the next month we will release it.

I received the Android Beta Test and have been using it for atleast a couple months now on my Droid X, and of course I love it. However, I noticed that this past week I have not been able to get online anymore with it. I noticed that I am able to send packets but not receive any. Can you investigate and let me know what is up?

Hi Abe,

While experiencing the issue can you press the menu key on your android, and select show log and let me know what it's saying.

Have you recently moved from one area to another or switched phone providers?

Hi Tim,
Thanks for the response. You're not going to believe it but I ran Tether again and it is working fine now. To answer your questions, no I have not moved, I have not switched providers, and the log used to say "Waiting for connection over USB." We're good to go but if it happens again I will let you know ASAP.
