I checked the application permission - forced Allow for all. Connections: Allow, Interactions: Allow and User Data: Allow.

Do I have to set APN in anyway?

yes - my BB Curve 8310 also says this message. When a network application fails to work this typically means you have to enter APN settings - but this would mean I get billed for data.

Currently installed network aware applications (Gmail, Google Talk, SSH, VIIGO etc) don't need APN settings.

Not working on my Storm either. And this has nothing to do with APN settings. The developers have admitted on here they've never even tried it on a Storm. Poor application, that should still be in Beta.

This could be an issue because you are going through BES. Will let shankinson take over this one.

this works.

You have to have your usb cable UNPLUGGED when you start the desktop app. then plug in the BB. Then start the BB app. this has 100% success rate w/ me so far. stopping and starting the whole process w/out disconnecting the usb has only worked a few times for me.
