Just looking for some feedback on a battery issue I'm having with my EVO 4G while running Tether. When I connect the phone to my computer via USB, the battery widget indicates 95% and charging. I then launch Tether and for a few hours all is well. In fact, during this time the battery maintains it's level and eventually charges up to 97%. Then without any warning, the battery instantly flatlines and my phone is non-functional until I recharge it (orange LED blinking). AFAIK, the battery itself is fine and (outside of this Tether issue) never demonstrates any unusual behavior. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Hello,

This is an unusual occurrence regarding the battery. Could you try charging your phone with the power off overnight, and then not use Tether all day and see if your battery lasts a full charge? If it does, try using Tether the next day and see if the same thing occurs. Please let me know the outcome.
