Has anyone been charged by AT&T for using a tether with their unlimited data plan?

I haven't, but I only because I haven't used it yet, since AT&T told me I WOULD be charged $30 per month. ON TOP of everything else they charge. I haven't yet figured a way to get around it. If you or anyone else does, let me know [k dot j dot lennox at gmail dot com].
