I run Tether with my Blackberry Bold 9000 via bluetooth and it works fine. When i start Tether and select bluetooth on the pc, a box pops up and asks me to select a device. The only bluetooth device other than my Blackberry is a Mogo Mouse. Is there any way to force Tether to use the Blackberry without having to select it every time?
Also, is there a way to have Tether auto-reconnect with the blackberry if it loses the bluetooth signal? There are times i have to step away from the pc and need to take the blackberry with me in case it rings. When i get back to the pc, i need to reconnect Tether to get internet access again.
Neither of these are biggies, but would like to see if there's anyway to improve my usage.
The latest Tether for BlackBerry software (1.1.0.6) will re-connect if your using the Microsoft Bluetooth drivers and Bluetooth stack.
There is no way to pre-select the preferred connection method currently.
