The only thing holding myself and a bunch of my buddies from buying this program for our phones is the APN networking. The carrier we would be looking to use this on charges for APN which negates the benefit of having this. Any idea if it may be a month? six months? a year? before that happens??

We need to apply for BlackBerry's Developer program. They are no longer accepting anyone until September.
