I have a MetroPCS Samsung Galaxy Indulge phone with Android software and plan on getting a Motorola Xoom tablet running Android software. I would like to use Tether software to tether my MetroPCS Samsung Galaxy Indulge phone with the Motorola Xoom tablet.
This MetroPCS service is on 4G and BLAZING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I currently use Tether software on my MetroPCS BlackBerry 8530 and tether to my Toshiba laptop that runs Windows 7. It works okay, but not great.
Sorry Tether currently does not support Android based PC's.
We are looking into the possibility of adding this functionality to Tether in the future.
