it worked like a charm but I would recommend that everyone create a restore point before installing this software or any software in case something should happen during installation. For some reason, my Blackberry desktop manager disappeared but it is no big deal and I can re-install it...

My desktop manager disappeared also. I was using v 4.6 and I figured it was going to upgrade me to 4.7, but it never did. I was able to reinstall 4.7 with no issues.
I just installed v2 a few minutes ago and went to speedtest.net. Got 666kb/s down and 274kb/s up with a ping of 244ms. Not bad considering I was conducting the test cross-country (USA).
