already purchased program but it keeps telling me I haven't

I have tried installing my Tether program and it tells me connected on both my phone & laptop, but when I try to open a browser on my laptop, it goes to a page that says:
"Please purchase a copy of TetherBerry to access the Web Anywhere!
The BlackBerry device you are using is not registered in our database. To resolve this issue, please purchase a copy of TetherBerry by visiting the URL below from your regular internet connection. If you believe this is an error, please email us at: support@tetherberry.com
If you have already purchased a copy of TetherBerry, make sure that you have entered your PIN number at TetherBerry.com. You can do this by clicking the download link that shows up on the right hand side of the page after you have logged into TetherBerry.com"

when I sign into my account on tetherberry it shows my registration code.
I had done a trial of the software a couple of months ago, can this have anything to do with it? I've even tried uninstalling the program & reinstalling a few times.
Anybody have any great ideas?

Can you let me know what your BlackBerry PIN is? It can be found under "Options > Status" on your Blackberry.

I purchased today and I have gotten the same screen as well on my laptop about 3 times since my purchase. Also my phone has asked me to enter the registration code 4 or 5 times now. It doesn't happen every time that I try to use it, but it gets quite annoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Same problem with me, I have a Storm 9530 with Verizon Wireless. I enter registration code multiple times, once logged onto net I can view a few web pages and then it pops up a page that tells me to order tether or if I already purchased app, log in to tether acct and click the download link. Even after doing this multiple times same thing. Problem developed when I had to re-assign the product key to my replacement phone.

i haven't downloaded that new version, but two days after my initial post on this post, it hasn't asked me for the registration code again. tether works flawlessly for me now. Thanks

Yes, actually on my blackberry the tether I have been using all week still is connecting. i did down load it again and its asking for it. And then on my computer it acts like it always did. Looks like it is connecting and then when I hit the e for internet it says I need to pay. Which I already did. I do have my reg. code. It came to me on my e-mail when I purchased it. I'm in hopes this is a easy fix. ( Let me back up a min. on last Sun I downloaded the 7day free trail. Then on Tuesday I paid for it and add it to my new computer. ) I don't know if this has anything to do with it. But clearly I have paid for the service. LOL Thanks for your prompt help.

I am having the same problem with a new account I just purchased. The connection is working fine because I was able to download one web page before the snarky comment came up and cut off service. I have contacted customer support. Maybe it's time to put this in your FAQ.

I am a new customer. I placed and order and have a copy of my Invoice with Order # but despite submitting a support case 2 days ago and a follow up email, I have yet to hear back. Can someone please help?

K this happenin to me. I purchased on fri after usin the trial and the webpage comes up that says u have to enter reg code. It is there. Help. I am on vaca and need internet. Thanks. O and I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Same thing

k so tried again and now I'm online with laptop. I'll let you know if does it again. Basically the bberry says registered and hasn't had any problems and all the codes are in the registration section of tether.com just comes up with the gotta put in code page on laptop sometimes.
I'll try tether again here soon and if the gotta pay page comes up again i'll let you know. thanks guys

I haven't had this issue, it seems to be only with new registrations.

Can you tell if it happens after a battery pull or something odd like that, new app installs or anything?

Do you have a seperate thread for your issue, if not create one so Patrick can see it. When you post in another users thread sometimes your issue will not be seen.

Have you emailed technical support, if not then could you do that first.

i tried tether and loved it so i bought it and i cant get it to work it tells me to buy the app even though i have it, i have an android and a W7 computer
