I have tried installing my Tether program and it tells me connected on both my phone & laptop, but when I try to open a browser on my laptop, it goes to a page that says:
"Please purchase a copy of TetherBerry to access the Web Anywhere!
The BlackBerry device you are using is not registered in our database. To resolve this issue, please purchase a copy of TetherBerry by visiting the URL below from your regular internet connection. If you believe this is an error, please email us at: support@tetherberry.com
If you have already purchased a copy of TetherBerry, make sure that you have entered your PIN number at TetherBerry.com. You can do this by clicking the download link that shows up on the right hand side of the page after you have logged into TetherBerry.com"
when I sign into my account on tetherberry it shows my registration code.
I had done a trial of the software a couple of months ago, can this have anything to do with it? I've even tried uninstalling the program & reinstalling a few times.
Anybody have any great ideas?

Can you let me know what your BlackBerry PIN is? It can be found under "Options > Status" on your Blackberry.
