allowing access to PIN change page

Not sure if this has been covered yet but...

Can you please allow access to the tetherberry.com/download page even if the phone is not the "active" PIN? My wife and I share one account and change the PIN's back and forth as needed. It would be better if we could make those changes from the pc itself. Currently we login to the page on the Blackberry to change pin's. I see that if the device is not active, it defaults to a "standard" TB page saying the phone is not "active".

I am sure most people would love the option the change PIN's in IE and not on the Blackberry itself. Lot faster that way. Can you guys make this happen???
