i have an alltel usb aircard that i plug in on pc windows operating system wich is now verizon..
Detail steps will very much depend on the specific hardware configuration of your PC and laptops.
In general, in your Network Interface properties, turn on the "internet sharing" on your aircard interface, then, select your wi-fi interface as the one will be sharing the internet connection. Then configure your wi-fi interface as a "computer to computer" NOT "infrastructure" on the computer with Aircard. On your other computer, just configure your wi-fi interface as normally you would do with home wireless network, it should find the access point you just configured.
For more detail specific steps and configuration parameters, try a Google search on internet sharing on Vista, I am sure you should be able to accomplish that.
Good luck.

Depends on your PC OS (mac, xp, vista, win 7, etc.), and what kind of netowrk interfaces you have on the PC, you can always using the "Internet Sharing" function to have you PC acting as a wire or wireless router and have other pc access internet at same time.
